Check out this article, at the time authored by one not agreeing with the concept "that if you're from Michigan, especially on the east side of the state, that Kid Rock is one of these iconic figures that everybody thinks is badass and super cool."
A thought, now by our own blog-authoring accounts (Brian the drummer that is, and assuming Don's opinion being the same), assumably earning every finger standing in Kid Rock's opinion of that author's opinion, including an additional KR single-finger salute to that author's admitting of disconetent with Kid Rock's absence at an Insane Clown Posse gig.
While also assuming that the previous author, sharing with his fellow snowflakes, the joy of the "absolute savagery" he procliams from the internet, will certainly enjoy the traffic from here to there, viewing his article of banter and hilarious entertainment.
While on this end of the spectrum, totally oblivious to what the real Kid Rock thinks and likely knowing the amount of fuks he has to give to the situation, we did want to share some very hysterical "roasting" as they call it, of our rock-n-roll show in tribute to the guy able to buy a mountain to build a home on it, a beach home, a jet, and a lifetime of buying everything they say money can not.
It seems the real Kid has done okay in this land of freedom and experssion, and enough so to warrant a handful of bands out there like us, paying homage and saying thanks for a great bunch of tunes to play to a gazzillion Kid Rock fans out there, that absolutely DO think that Kid Rock is one of these iconic figures that everybody thinks is badass and super cool.
And to YOU, the Kid Rock supporter now singing the theme to "Real American Heroes," keep up the great support for the real guy, and we'll see ya at the next show of the tribute guys too!
